Synopsis
In the year 1970, the Brabant state senator and real estate mogul Jean-Florian Collin possessed 4339 apartments, 662 studios and more than 2500 garages. Its activity, in 1969, garners more than 2 billion francs of turnover. His dream ? To sell an apartment to every Belgian household with an average income.
In 1985, year of his death, the "father of social housing for middle class" leaves nothing but a few personal belongings. His legacy to Belgium? Access to landlordship.
